Foundation

"We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.  For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:  That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:”  Psalm 78:4-6

Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School Foundation

Since 1976 Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School has provided over 367 graduated students with a quality Christ centered education.  Class of 2014 adds another 17 students to the graduates of HPRCS.  Our school has been blessed with strong supporters who value a school which emphasizes Protestant Reformed instruction.  These graduates have been given a quality education that will help them continue to grow in their faith and knowledge of our Heavenly Father in all aspects of life.  We thank God for the many years of quality Christian education for our covenant seed.

Why have a separate HPRCS Foundation?

In 1993 the society of the HPRCS voted to begin a foundation for our grade school as a way to financially support our school.  It has long been our desire to embrace the use of the foundation to help stabilize and support our school today and for future generations .The foundation is considered to be the gift that keeps on giving.

What is the HPRCS Foundation?

The foundation promotes, accepts, and manages gifts of property, securities, life insurance, bequests, memorials, gifts of remembrance, cash and other forms of contributions.

Help Provide Protestant Reformed Education for Generations to Come!
Estate planning becomes a great part of our spiritual responsibility for the assets God has entrusted to us and we must seek ways to pass these assets on in a way that furthers the building of His kingdom and church.

Over the past 20 some years the foundation, through generous support, has a balance of nearly $100,000.

Ways of Giving!

As a committee we are constantly looking for ways to encourage supporters of our school to consider donating to the foundation.  After taking a closer look into ways of giving we found numerous options available and felt it would be a good idea to share this information with our supporters.

  • A Will Bequest – When preparing or revising your will, you can make provisions for the foundation in several ways with complete confidentiality.
  • Cash Gifts – Giving a cash gift starts generating income immediately.
  • Appreciated Investments – Giving appreciated assets starts generating income immediately plus it can reduce your taxes.
  • Life Insurance – By naming the foundation as a beneficiary, you can provide a substantial gift at death by means of small contributions during your life.
  • Life Estate Contract – Donating real estate (house or land), you retain full use of the property until death.
  • Gifts of Remembrance – You can make a gift in memory of a loved one which will perpetually generate income for the Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School.
